Wowzers! These kids are so great – we had a huge morning circle today and discussed magic, sang, danced and felt big hearted and loved. It was lovely.
After snack, we worked on our Adventure Journals and then read the next chapter from the book we found. Like Boann, we decided to create a map,
And later, when Boann found a message in a magical bottle in the middle of a storm while sailing, we created our own! They were sparkly and beautiful.
In Boann’s bottle, there was this following message:
With an open heart you can whether any storm
And find your light to keep you warm
You must remember that you have the power to obtain
Rainbows and sunshine from all of this rain
So try with all of your heart and might
To find color from darkness to shine so bright.
We discussed how we could help Boann find light and color in darkness and rain, and we are going to beat the grey clouds by wearing rainbow colors to camp tomorrow! Can’t wait!
