What a colorful, magical day!

Today the kids were very excited to find gems, play games, sing songs, craft and make spells!

The fairies wrote us a note introduced us to their friends the flowers:

Dear Friends!
Oh my gosh!  All the fairies agreed that your Fairy Weavers were so powerful!  We felt their magic all the way from our villages!
Today we would like to introduce you to one of our closest friends, the flowers.  The flowers give us all sorts of happiness. They provide us with food, art, beauty and even spells!
We would love for you to make your own flower spell here at camp.  We can’t wait to hear it… I mean smell it!!

The campers loved our “smell spells”. We made mists to help flowers (and ourselves) grow. They were made from essential oils, dried flowers and a bit of magic!

We also painted using only flowers – not paintbrushes. It was so fun to manipulate the flowers to make different shapes and designs. They looked beautiful!
