Helllloooooo Families!

Melissa and I are so stoked!  M&S History was made today: 2 camps running at the same time!  Thanks everyone for helping us work out the kinks.  We are both so happy with our amazing groups of campers!

Today we got to know each other through songs and dancing

and later we found this note from Dossledorf:

Hello Dear Campers!

We are so excited to be here and VERY thrilled to be at deRooville/wondershire!  The fairies and I feel like it is quite enchanted and we just know we are going to have a blast here!  

Oh! But before I move ahead, I should introduce myself.  My name is Dossledorf and I am the lead communications fairy for the village of Hannalonkawich and the tribe of Shlittersnese.  We can’t wait to get to know you better!

In an effort to encourage HBF (Human Belief in Fairies), we have left you the gift of knowledge.  Please go on a hunt and find the presents we have left you. Here is a clue of where to look: RAINBOW.

I am Princess Thesablee, leader deRooville/Poppylop leader of deRooville, and it is a great honor to meet you.  We love Human believers, and to pay tribute to our new friendship, we have left you these Communifairilees.  Please decorate them with as much magic, color and gusto as possible.  

As our JFCs and Counselors will tell you, these boxes will act as a mailbox between you and fairies all week long.

If you ask a question to us tonight, my faithful scribe, Dossledorf will answer you by morning.

We had a good time decorating our Communifairilees – and we hope Dossledorf will write us back tomorrow!

At the end of the day we got a bit of a crazy note from our pal, Dossledorf.  Check it out:

Oh my goodness!   Oh my gosh!

Friends!  So quickly we have just met, but so quickly I need your help!  I am a loose cannon! I have lost my marbles! I am in shambles!

As Princess Thessablee/Poppylop and I were laying out your gifts, we got word that the Fairy Safe of DeRooville/Wondershire has been robbed!  We have looked low and high and high and low to no avail. We are all so upset since the ancient fairy jewels of Achakaibing are in that safe!!  

My suspicion is that tricky troll Tiki has taken it – but why?  Oh my goodness.

Would you kind campers PLEASE help us find the missing jewels?  PLEASE?

I am leaving you these magical magnifying glasses so that you can decorate them and use them to help you on our journey.

The kids were really eager to help out on this mystery… we are going to get to work tomorrow in helping to solve the case of the missing jewels!
