How lucky are we to have this amazing group of thoughtful, fun, magical campers??!?!?!  So many JFCs, such smiles, such kindness and SUCH excitement for the week to come!

We had fun getting to know each other through games and songs this morning

and found a note from our Communications Fairy, Dossledorf!  It read:

Dear Campers,

Oh me oh my!  Oh how fairies fly!  

How excited we all are to have you here this week!

For those of you who don’t know, my name is Dossledorf and I am the Lead Communications Fairy for the villages of Hannalonkawich, deRooville and Wondershire.  It’s an honor to see you.

This week is an extremely explosive week to have here at Possibility Park and deRooville.  You see, every third Friday of July is the Fairy Science Fair – the fairies work hard all year for this event so they can show off their new ideas and potentially get picked for the Alpine Einshine award – it is the greatest Science Award in all of the fairy villages worldwide.  

This year’s contenders (you may know a few of them) were hoping to show you each of their experiments to see if you thought they were awesome or not…

Would you like to help them with their trials?  More exciting than that… would you like to DO the experiments?!

Head on back to deRooville, where Princess Thesablee has prepared 2 gifts for each of you!

When we got back to deRooville, we found treasure boxes, safety goggles, and this note from Princess Thesablee:

Dear Campers,

Such a pleasure it is to see you, dear friends!  So many of you are familiar faces – and some new smiles too, I see – and it is wonderful to see you all!

My name is Princess Thesablee and I am the new leader of the Village of DeRooville.  I have been having so much fun since the summer camp kids have arrived and think this week will be one of the best!  Look at all my JFC friends!

It will be such a colorful, messy, curious week and I am excited to see you experiment and play!

I have left you these communifairilees – please decorate these with ALL the materials you can find and use them as your fairy mailbox this week.  

Dossledorf will write you back each day – he is such a responsible fairy!

The kids focused so much on decorating their communifairilees.  They asked some pretty interesting questions to Dossledorf too – we hope he writes us back!

We love our new space here at Christopher Robin and had fun exploring and all the fairy magic within it.
