Fairy Camp LA

A blog for Fairy Camp LA, focusing on crafts, music, dancing, nature, fairies, trolls, magic, and other enchanting activities for children.

Wow.  Today was a whole lot of magic!  It seemed to be coming from the fairies above but from also from the sparks in these magical little hearts!

Big news – Dossledorf wrote us back!  The kids were ecstatic to get their questions answered from a real live fairy!  Thanks, D!

We sang and danced a lot today – these kids have MOVES!  We also got to have a magical spotlight where the kids told us why they were magic.  It was wonderful to hear them yell “I AM MAGIC!”  Ugh.  Be still my fairy counselor heart!

Dossledorf also wrote us with a favor:

Dear Campers,  Oh my goodness. Thank you friends, for creating such magical Communifairilees! They look beautiful, and it has been my pleasure to answer your questions.
My friend, Farchuck Freeman, mentioned that one way we could get the attention of the fairies would be to create a light in the darkness so they know we are here and that we need their help. Farchuck Freeman suggested a lantern. Most fairies use lanterns to read by at night, and we would love if you could make human sized ones to create a bigger flame.
We would be forever grateful,
Much thanks,
Dossledorf

We glued and stuck our way to these beautiful lanterns – aren’t the awesome!?  The kids loved them and we hope the night fairies see the bright lights!

Until tomorrow –
