Hello and welcome to the Festival of Wishes!

We loved celebrating the new year with dance, adventure, hiking and SO much music, music, music!!!

We received a note from our messenger fairy, Dossledorf.  It read,

Dear Children,

Oh goodness, Oh gosh, Oh wonderful day!

I’m so happy you are all here!  It is such a fantastic time of year here at Hannalonkawich.  With the new year comes the Festival of Wishes, and we are thrilled to have you here to help celebrate.  All week we will be teaching you some of the traditional crafts of our village.

We hope you have fun!

Please head to the wishing well for a present from the fairies!

Lead Communications Fairy for the Village of Hannanlonkawich, Tribe of Shlittersnence.

We loved our hike to the wishing well and learned about all the magic in the forest – trolls! wishing blossoms! magic leaves!

We found beautiful stars by the wishing well – perfect for wishing trees!  We spent the rest of the day having fun making fairy dust, making wish stars, and creating wishes for our tree.

They look beautiful!!
