Fairy Camp LA

Wowzers!  We can’t believe that The Fairy Festival of Performance and Fun is tomorrow!!

The kids received a wonderful note from Dossledorf today.  It read,

Dear Campers,

You are almost finished with the play! We are so proud of you! You are truly fairy-like and we think you are amazing.
Today you will be learning the end of the play. We believe in you and can’t wait to see you perform it. The Queen asked if I would share with you our encouragement spell. We like to cast this spell before any grand performances so that everyone feels safe and confident. We will be watching you tomorrow with our hearts and smiles wide!

If you are ever in doubt of how wonderful you are
Look inside and see your shining star

For you shine as bright as a million starry skies
and the magic you bring to others cannot be disguised.

So be proud and stand tall and know you are loved
by all that meet you and from the fairies high above.

We were able to a complete run through of the play today and practice blocking!  These kids are trying hard and are doing an awesome job.

They also decorated wings this morning to use as part of the costume for the big performance.

To top it all off, we also received answers to the questions they asked Dossledorf yesterday!  How great it is to be friends with a real live fairy.

We can’t wait to show off our stuff tomorrow to all of you (and the fairies!!).  See you at 1:30!
