Friendship (and a bit of thunder) filled the air today!
We received a wonderful surprise this morning! Instead of our regular answered questions from Dossledorf, the Queen herself wrote us to pay us each individual compliments! Our hearts soared! What a wonderful feeling.
We were surprised to hear a thunderous roar in the sky after snack and luckily we had the beautiful Oxford House to take shelter in! We pushed away the furniture and read Dossledorf note about friendship:
Dear Campers,
Friendship is a beautiful, wonderful thing. We the fairies think friendship is the strongest of all powers.
Friendship is what helps fills Lila’s heart. And ultimately, saves all the fairies from Mizerdoom.
The fairies and I have noticed that you have made friends here this week. We would love for you to do a traditional Fairy Friendship Tree.
Have fun – and wait to hear the most magical part of the story! Friendship rules!
Love, Dossledorf
The rain made it a perfect time to cozy up and tell the next part of our tale. Lila Leekis made friends and shared her magic with them. We are so lucky at camp to also be able to make friends and share magic.
We created a Friendship Tree in honor of our new camp friendships, and had all of our friends put there thumbprints on it as leaves. They are beautiful!
