Fairy Camp LA

A blog for Fairy Camp LA, focusing on crafts, music, dancing, nature, fairies, trolls, magic, and other enchanting activities for children.

Oh wow!  As our tale continues, so does the fun and friendship!

Today we received Dossledorf’s answers to our questions – and we were so excited to hear from a real live fairy!

We also had an epic freeze dance – congrats to Rosie who won it all!  The dancing was so much fun and great way to get our wiggles out.

We received this note from Dossledorf that was found by Sloan in our magical tree:

Dear Children,
I AM SO EXCITED!!! I cannot believe Queen Leekis has chosen YOU CAMPERS to be the first ever humans to ever hear her whole story. I know that Sue left you at a dark point in Mizerdoom yesterday… but I promise it gets better. In fact, today we wanted to help you create a heartlight. So you will always be able to see the good, and remember there is always a light in every situation.
Please find the heartlight we made for you by the Sheebeeweebee Trees.
We love you! May you always find a way to see the Heartlight.

Ask Sue to tell you the next chapter of Leekis’ story – the part where she gets caught doing magic!
Love, Dossledorf

We were excited to find out what a Heartlight was, and eager to back to the park to the Sheebeeweebee Tree.  We sang and played a game (and also snuck in a visit to the playground!).

After lunch, we made our own Heartlights and the kids did so well!  They are magical and colorful and look fabulous!  They will get to bring them home tomorrow when they have dried.

At the end of the day, we heard the next installment of Queen Leekis’ epic tale.  The kids are loving it!
