Hooray!

What a fun first day with a great, energetic group of campers!  We were so happy to see so many of our old pals return, and so excited to meet a few new faces.  This is going o be a great week!

Today we received a note from Dossledorf (our direct link to the fairy world) that read:

Hello Sweet Friends!

We are so excited to have you back in our beautiful forest and to explore, create and have a rip roaring great time with you this week!

For those of you who do not know me, my name is Dossledorf, and I am the primary Communications Fairy for the village of Hannalonkawich, tribe of Shlittersnese.

Us fairies spend our days working hard and playing harder and one of our most favorite things to do is to communicate, learn from, teach and play with our human friends.

You can tell we are close, if you experience the following things:

1) seeing colorful flashes!

2) witnessing a leaf fall from the sky

3) smiling for no reason

4) feeling a cool wind on your right cheek.

The fairies are so excited that you are here, that they have left you a gift in the old village of Locanville. Check for signs of us and please enjoy the present!

We were excited to go to Locanville, and those returning campers were crossing their fingers that we would find the ultimate fairy gift… a Communifarialee!  And that is just what we found… check it out!

Yahoo! The campers are back and so are the Communifariliees!

For those of you who are new, these Communifairilees (aka fairy mailboxes) provide us with the ability to communicate with all of you!

Each day, please ask your counselor to write down a question for us. In the evening, we will answer your questions, and put them in these boxes.

It is such an awesome way for us to learn about each other.

Please go back to Fairy Headquarters and decorate these boxes with gusto and fun! Remember, we LOVE colors!
