Fairy Camp LA

I can’t believe how lucky we are!  This group is not only adventurous, kind, and full of magic BUT they are such troopers!  On such a hot day – they barely even made a peep about the heat.  Which gave us lots of time to talk about other awesome things… like magic, fairies and our new friend Dossledorf!

After getting to know you songs and games (and dance parties)

The kids got a note in our fairy mailbox from our good pal, Dossledorf.

It read:

Oh glory day!!

The first day of summer camp is here!

My friends and I have waited months for your return and we are so excited for your arrival!

But wait!

We have been told that there are many new faces in this group. How embarrassing, you don’t even know who I am!

My name is Dossledorf and I am honored to be the Communications Officer to the Fairy Village of Hannalonkawich, and the tribe of Schlittersnence.

As you may have heard, this forest is filled to the brim with magic, fairies, and fairy friends. The fairies of Hanalonkawich have known your friends Melissa and Sue for many years and we find it so exciting that every summer we get to meet more and more camper friends.

As a welcome gift, something awaits you at the village of Arachnetaria. Please go there and find our presents.

Dossledorf

The kids were excited to take the breezy path to Arachnetaria where they found treasure boxes and this note from the fairies:

Hello and welcome to the village of Arachnetaria!

We hope you like the gifts we left you! These treasure boxes, or Comunifairalees, help you and your fairy friends communicate.

After a day at camp please feel free to ask any questions you like – in morning, your answer will be put in this communifairalee.

Melissa and Sue will fill you in on the rest.

Please return to base camp and decorate these boxes with your own unique sense of fun, magic and zest.

We can’t wait to see them!

Please also take a trip to the Fairy wishing well.  There are some wishes waiting for you!

The Hannalonkawich fairies

We loved our trip to the wishing well.  Our spells were great and we also got to see some nature magic (like fish, crawfish, dragonflies and loveatitles) along the way!

 

We spent a lot of time decorating our Comunifairalees and the kids did such a great job!

We know the fairies will love them!

Can’t wait until tomorrow’s adventures!
