Dear kids,

Absolutely excellent work on your wands!! The magic was in full force last night! You put a heavy spell on Griffith Park and all of our wands were going crazy with magic!

The story continues with our BIG FAIRY TALE…

Will the royal couple regain magic again? Will the storm every stop? Will they be able to get back home?

Go to Hannalonkawich to check it out!!

Love, D.

PS – I missed answering your questions yesterday! Please don’t forget today!!

We hiked to the village

and when we arrived we saw a wooden house and this note:

Kids!

What an excellent job figuring out what Queen Leekis and King Wringlepringle needed yesterday! Your idea of making the wands was PERFECT!

I bet you will never guess what happens next in the story!

Check out Chapter Three!!

Love, the fairies

We were very excited to know that the magic spell had worked!  We were also THRILLED to hear Chapter 3 of our story!

A Fairy Tale – Part 3

From out of nowhere, the two fairies heard a spell being chanted by a group of blue shirted children:

Fairies in the trees! Fairies in the ponds!

Bring back the magic… To these wands!

Suddenly, their surroundings started to glow and the hands of the fairies began to vibrate – and with that – all of the magic sprung back into their wands. The spell worked!

With gleeful squeals, our two royal fairies tapped their wands on their heads and said,

A bird has a tree, a dog has a bone

All we want… is to go back home!

Instantaneously, the King and Queen were back at Hannalonkawich! However, when they looked around they cried out in horror when they saw the scene before them. All the homes of Hannalonkawich had been destroyed by the storm! What were they going to do now? How would they build enough houses for the fairies of their village? Who was going to help?

The kids were so smart and decided THEY should build houses for the fairies!

We had fun decorating them – and the campers are very excited to bring them home to see if any fairies will visit tonight!
