Day 3 – Fairy Games – Fairy Camp LA

These kids ROCK!

We had so many magical talks today – the fairies have been busy visiting these kids and leaving all sorts of signs and magic for their pals. We enjoyed listening to the kids’ stories today and also singing, stretching, improv and dancing!

Today the fairies are practicing and prepping for one of the big Fairy Games Events.

They promised me they would have something ready for you at Hannalonkawich if you wanted to go check it out!

We headed to Hannalonkawich to find a simple fairy gift: A rock and note.

Some of our messenger butterflies arrived last night and said they saw the Gammaroos flying high throughout the city! Could some of them been yours?

Today we are all busy practicing Magic Rock Toss. We’d love it if you created your own magic rocks as well.

Magic Rock Toss is a lot like Shotput – Melissa and Sue will tell you all about it.

But PLEASE remember – never, ever, ever throw a rock towards anyone. You must always toss your magic rocks into empty fields or parks and you must ensure your fellow competitors and friends are BEHIND you. Not adhering to these rules will result in instant DQ and a BAN on the Magic Rock Toss.

So sorry to be such sticklers for rules, but it happened once to Beepybop back in the 2007 Fairy Games, and he has never quite gotten over it.
