Hello all!

Another exciting day prepping for the 2015 Fairy Games!  We had fun singing and dancing,

and the kids were SUPER excited to receive answers from Dossledorf in their Communifarilees!  How wonderful to get all our questions answered by our very own communication fairy.

After snack we received another note from Dossledorf to the group:

Hi Friends!

Wow! We are all so impressed with your beautiful Communifarilees! They are super glittery and fun. I hope you got your messages!

Today at Hannalonkawich, they had an important morning. They raised the Olympic Rings of 2015.

The fairies asked if you would please go to the village to check it out!

Love, Dossledorf

And so, we headed to Hannalonkawich to see what we could find!

We were thrilled to see the Fairy Games Rings hanging proudly on the Hannalonkawich tree

and felt so grateful to have Melissa remember the National Fairy Ring Raising Anthem (she sang it both in the ’01 and ’02 Fairy Games at Fairy University – so proud!)

There was also a note!

Dear Children,

Hear ye! Hear ye!

Today is the National Ring Raising Day for the Fairy Games of 2015! This year’s color is RAINBOW!

Hang your Game Rings (in fairy these are called Gammaroos) high and proud in your yard to show the Fairies that you are ready for games next week!

Wahoo! Wahoo!

(also, if you have time, please ask Melissa and Sue to teach you how to play Fly, Skip, Spin – it will definitely be on the Fairy Games 2015 Schedule and we’d like you to practice!)

With love, The fairies

We were very excited to make our own Gammaroos.  We also learned that the three rings stand for: Love, Fun and Bravery!

We hope the kids hang them proudly in their own trees!

Luckily, we had time to learn and practice the Fairy Game of Fly, Skip, Spin.  It is a lot like the Olympic Field Game: Triple Jump.  I was excited to teach the kids, since I won second place at the ’02 Fairy Games Competition.  We broke up into teams, and the winner of each group competed in the final challenge round.
