Our note from Dossledorf made us so happy!

Oh dear children,

You are so special and dear to our hearts. Last night the big announcement came – the Locanville tribe has moved into Hanalonkawich!   We met so many new friends and we all had such an amazing time. We celebrated into the wee hours of the night!!

It is all thanks to you, sweet friends.

Thank you.

I’m not sure, but I think before everyone finally went to bed last night, a note was written to you at Hanalonkawich. Forgive me for not double checking myself… but I am far too sleepy.

Must (yawn) go to bed.

Until next time sweet friends, until next time.

Love,

Dossledorf.

We were just SO happy to hear that all the fairies are together!

We headed to Hanalonkawich to see what was happening…  and it looked like a crazy party had happened! Balloons, Streamers, jewels! oh my!

And this note!

Sweet Children,

This will be our final farewell for a while.

Words cannot express how happy we are to finally be reunited. All of the magic you helped us with – from the trees to the bittawattas. The sand fittas and the directawands. Your kind and open hearts are responsible for not only our reunification, but for doubling the happiness in our village.

Thank you. As you can see, we have been celebrating all night long. We hope you take this day to celebrate too. Dance, sing and have a ball!

If we can, we would love to ask just one more favor from you. Are you able to create a song that tells our tale? If so, we would love to hear it and then teach it for generations to come so that all the fairies know to keep our hearts and ears open, to forgive and to accept.

This should be a song about love.

We love you friends.

From our hearts,

King Wringlepringle AND King Rumplethump

Hanalonkawich 2015

We had a great time writing a song that reflected our time together this past week – and loved telling the story of the two kings.  We are really proud of the song we wrote!  It sounded great with Melissa’s guitar!

Here are the lyrics:

In Griffith Park there was a hill

that led to the village of locanville

There was a king who had two sons

Wringle Prinlge and Rumplethump

Then there was that fateful day

when Wringle Pringle ran away

Because his younger brother got the crown

He had to find another town

Many moons went by and no one knew

Until the kids had found some clues

There was a drought that caused it all

Locanville’s tunnels had begun to fall

With magic, peace, love and care

the Locanville fairies got out of there

The two kings met one magical night

they talked for awhile under the moonlight

So now the villages both live as one

Dancing together under the sun

Hanalonkawich is filled with glee

and that magic lives inside me.

And if this day wasn’t sweet enough, the light pink fairies left us cookies to decorate!

And there is only one more thing left to do on a day like this…

DANCE PARTY!
