Yahoo! Friday was awesome! We had new digs at Griffith AND visited a new village.
We also wrote a song about our favorite things!
Not only that, but we got to help our new friends – the spiders!
Check it out:
Dear Friends,
Oh gosh! Were our friends, the dragonflies, ever so excited! They were so touched by your amazing craft – they had no idea how beautiful we thought they were. The dragonflies were so proud and touched. Thank you, Thank you for making them feel special! We really appreciate your help!
Today, we will not ask you to go to the fairy village… as our friends that we wish to help out do not live there. They live in the darkest part of Griffith Park. Near the river, amongst the trees… they are our shyest of friends and they need your help!
Please, follow Melissa and Sue to the village of “Aracaterria”.
Love,
Dossledorf
When we got to Aracateria there was the coolest, biggest spider web waiting for us! We took turns going through –
and then we found this note!
Dear sweet children,
This is one of our most humble and important requests. One of our favorite critters in fairyland, the spiders, are so glum. You see, as gentle and intelligent of a creature they are, they are so misunderstood.
So many times, they hear the cries of people – the shrieks from humans when they are spotted. You see, humans are sometimes afraid of spiders but it is so silly as spiders are some of our most kindest of friends. We have them as pets, we love them so!
The spiders think they are too scary to have human friends. Do you think so?
If not, would you help them?
Could you create for them a web of pure excellence?
A web that shines with positivity, so that people know the true characters of our friends, the spiders?
Would you put that web inside of your Glapidious so that spiders from near to far know that you are a friend and that they can come and visit the fairies?
It would mean so much to us!
Thank you!
Love,
The fairies
What a lovely way to spend our time together – under the trees, by a stream, weaving spider webs and having a blast!
Thanks for a great week!
and a happy bday to our Mae!
