Another fun day in Griffith Park!
So wonderful to see all those smiling faces again!
We were so excited to get answers to our Fairy Questions from Dosseldorf and to get a new note:
Dear Friends,
What a wonderful time we had watching you yesterday! It is like you have been a camp family for many, many moons. You play so wonderfully together!
I so enjoyed your questions – they were very thoughtful.
The fairies and I have come to an decision. We heard Sue’s wish yesterday that she dreams that each of you could be introduced to your own fairy. We want to make this wish come true – but you will need to work hard for it to happen.
We have 4 somewhat complicated steps for you to follow but we do believe that if you listen carefully, participate well and continue smiling you will be successful.
Your first step to meeting your fairy awaits you at the village.
Look for a note there and a few clues.
With love,
Dossledorf
Once we arrived at the fairy village, a treasure box full of beads and bells awaited us. Melissa and I remembered the fairy callers we made made in Fairy University together and we showed the kids how they worked. We were all very excited to make our own!
Here was what Dossledorf wrote:
My friends,
The fairies have gotten together to find items that you could use for a fairy caller. Tradition says that if you whisper dreams into a fairy caller your fairy will hear them and visit you. Find a dreamy area in your home, room or backyard to hang up the fairy caller and we believe you will be a step closer in meeting your own fairy!
With love,
Dossledorf and the Fairies.
We think their fairy callers look amazing – don’t you?
We hope the fairies come visit our campers tonight!
