Magic is in the air everyone! Check out just some of the beauty Melissa and I witnessed today. Fairy magic is alive! New friend snuggles, and fairy cookies! oh my:
The kids made a different kind of fairy house this morning… check out their creativity!
After dancing and rockin’ out this morning,
we were excited to see that Dossledorf answered our questions. We got a button today from the fairies… what an interesting gift!
Our note today was as follows:
Dear Children,
All the fairies were wondering if you heard them applauding your wonderful song yesterday. We LOVE that you were so creative and were able to make the Magic Whisper Shaka Shaka Tambourines so perfectly. They look and sound so magical! We love your new song – does it have a title? Will you play it at the concert on Friday?
We have 2 instrumental missions for you today, and both can be collected on your way to the fairy village
#1 A FAIRY ROCK AND RATTLE NATURE RATTLE
Find small things on your hike that you think might make a rock and rattle sound inside of fairy glass. The glass will be waiting for you at the village. Please remember to be careful! Glass is so hard for us to make and we don’t want you to hurt yourselves!
#2 ROCK N ROLL ROCKA ROCKS
We’ve overheard your friend Lila talk about an instrument where two rocks are tapped together. We the fairies would love to hear how that sounds! Please find two good sized rocks to decorate!
We can wait to hear your ROCK AND RATTLE SONG!!
Love,
Dosseldorf
PS- all the fairies would like to thank Jasper for the beautiful drawings! They are marvelous!
PPS – we would also like to thank you for being excellent friends to each other. It makes our hearts shine to watch you!!
What a great letter.
And we got to make 2 instruments!? how cool!
We had a great time collecting all the items for our rattles AND finding the fairy glass at the village
and also painting our rocks.
We also wrote our best song so far – A ROCK SONG! The kids were awesome!!!!!
I can’t believe tomorrow is already Thursday! This week is flying by!
